Yes, please! If possible, please come to your appointment with a clean face and body (read: no lotion, cream or oil). If you are not able to do so prior to your appointment, we do have hot towels and skincare products available in your treatment room.
The morning of your session, give your body a good oil-free exfoliation like dry brushing. For the face, we recommend using Biologique Recherche P50 prior to your session.

Your Lightwave LED bed session is 20 minutes of full body rejuvenation.
Once you tap the start button you will have 10 seconds to snuggle into the bed, which while shaped like a tanning bed, will not make you sweat like one. You can relax while the bed cycles through 20 minutes of red and infrared mini-sessions.
