IPL Photofacial – Sciton® Broad Band Light™ (BBL) Technology

Spa Radiance Medical uses Sciton® Broad Band Light™ (BBL) Technology for IPL Photofacials. Intense Pulsed Light Photofacial is an ideal treatment for reversing the effects of sun damage, brown spots, redness, acne scars, rosacea and broken capillaries. The Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology uses short bursts of Broad Band Light to penetrate layers of the skin and stimulate the production of collagen. These skin-safe pulses of light work to neutralize overpigmented areas of the skin, and to encourage collagen growth from within. The light concentrates on areas of pigmentation and damaged, visible blood vessels and causes the skin to shed them for newer skin underneath.
